Q. I've downloaded an app, but can't find it on my BlackBerry. Where did it go?
A. By default, all 3rd party downloads go into a folder called "Downloads" on your device.
Q. App World told me there was an upgrade available, but it won't let me upgrade. How can I upgrade?
A. You need to do a fresh login. To do this, please follow these steps...
1) Start up App World on your BlackBerry.
2) Go to the My World tab.
3) Press the menu button and select Log In.
4) Enter your username and password. Your list of apps will now refresh.
5) You should now be able to upgrade your app.
Q. I've deleted my app. How can I reinstall it from App World?
A. Follow the steps above in the upgrade question to do a fresh login. Now you can reinstall your apps.
Q. I've switched devices. How can I download my app to my new device from App World?
A. Follow the steps above in the upgrade question to do a fresh login. Now you can reinstall your apps.
